Tennyson HQ is a completed development of 22 architecturally designed industrial workspaces at 55 Lofter Street, Tennyson. The estate combines high-clearance ground-floor work areas with mezzanine offices, natural light, dual access points, bathrooms and kitchenettes. Allocated parking, remote-operated roller doors, secure motorised gated entry, perimeter fencing, dual driveway access from Lofter Street and Goodwin Street, and a covered communal outdoor area support office, warehouse, studio, storage, trade and distribution uses. SMG Electrical delivered the commercial electrical installation across the development, providing 63-amp three-phase power to each unit, tenancy switchboards, submains and distribution, efficient LED high-bay, office, amenity and external lighting, emergency and exit lighting, general power and dedicated circuits, and complete electrical fit-off to mezzanine offices, kitchenettes, bathrooms and ground-floor workspaces. External and common-area works included lighting and power for accessways, car-parking areas, loading zones and shared facilities, together with electrical supplies and controls for remote-operated roller doors, motorised estate access and associated security interfaces. Final inspection, electrical testing, commissioning and project documentation completed the works, delivering a safe, reliable and presentation-ready commercial development.
