Allura Townhomes — 31-33 Minnie Street, Southport

SMG Electrical was engaged to complete the full electrical fit-out for the Allura Townhomes development at 31-33 Minnie Street, Southport QLD — a quality residential development comprising 10 modern townhouses. The scope of works included the design and installation of individual switchboards for each dwelling, a shared metering enclosure with individual smart meters for all 10 units, complete internal electrical wiring throughout each townhouse including power, lighting, and ceiling fan circuits, installation of LED downlights and exhaust fans in all wet areas, air conditioning rough-in for each unit, and all final connections and testing in accordance with AS/NZS 3000. SMG delivered the project on schedule, ensuring all electrical systems met the requirements of the building certifier and energy retailer for connection.
