SMG Electrical completed the full electrical fitout of the GP Factory at 5 Flagstone Drive, Burleigh Heads — an exclusive complex of just 4 premium dual-level executive storage and workshop units designed for discerning collectors and hobbyists. The scope included solar electricity with battery storage and app integration, 3-phase power supply, EV charging stations, 1000 Lux showroom lighting throughout, CCTV cameras with app access, pin code and key fob access control, automatic secure roller gate, stainless steel hydraulic security bollards, car hoist power supply, and full switchboard installation. Each unit features 82.5m2 ground floor plus 61.6m2 mezzanine with 4.3m clearance, polished concrete floors, and premium matt black fitout.
