Ignite Burleigh — 25 Alex Fisher Drive Industrial Development

Ignite Burleigh is a completed 24-unit industrial development at 25 Alex Fisher Drive in the heart of Burleigh Heads’ commercial and industrial precinct. Each unit combines a practical ground-floor warehouse with a carpet-tiled mezzanine office, full bathroom amenities, a modern kitchenette and first-floor air conditioning. The secure estate also provides allocated warehouse parking, two-metre aluminium perimeter fencing, continuous CCTV surveillance, and remote access to the main gate and individual electric roller doors. SMG Electrical delivered the commercial and industrial electrical installation across the 24 tenancies and shared areas. The scope included central distribution and metering infrastructure, individual tenancy switchboards and submains, general power and dedicated equipment circuits, supplies for first-floor air-conditioning systems, and complete electrical fit-off to warehouse areas, mezzanine offices, kitchenettes and bathrooms. Lighting works included efficient LED warehouse lighting, recessed office lighting, amenity lighting, emergency and exit lighting, and external illumination throughout accessways and common areas. The project also incorporated electrical supplies and controls for the remote-operated main gate and roller doors, together with infrastructure supporting the estate’s 24-hour CCTV security system. Final inspection, electrical testing, commissioning and project documentation completed the installation, providing safe, reliable and maintainable electrical infrastructure for a modern 24-unit business estate.
