Kirra HQ — 11-13 Ourimbah Road, Kirra

SMG Electrical delivered a complete commercial electrical fitout across all 25 units at Kirra HQ — a landmark dual-level industrial workspace development at the meeting point of Kirra and Tweed Heads. Each contemporary workspace features floor-to-ceiling windows, premium kitchenette and bathroom, high ceilings, and polished concrete floors. SMG Electrical's scope included all power and lighting installations, meter board installation, switchboard installation, data and communications cabling, and all associated electrical infrastructure across the entire complex.
