The scope of works included three-phase power distribution to all warehouse and office units, high-bay LED lighting throughout all warehouse spaces and mezzanine levels, EV charging infrastructure across the common car park areas, smart access control and security systems at all entry points, switchboard installation and metering for each individual tenancy, outdoor and common area lighting, and data and communications cabling throughout.
